TECHNICAL SUPPORT / SENIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT /
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily service desk activities
- Perform IT support including hardware and software administration, procurement and installation
- Assist in enhance and troubleshoot LAN / WAN infrastructure
- Perform project support and ad-hoc technical assignment as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- 2 -3 years working experience in IT technical support and troubleshooting
- Competent in Microsoft Office, Windows 10, 8, 7, XP, Vista and Outlook is a MUST
- Experience in network security such Firewall setting, VPN, Anti-Virus
- Knowledge with Linux will be added advantage
- Independent, self-motivated with good problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Technical Support
