Clarification Statement about Fraudulent Website /
We, Goldin Real Estate Financial Holdings Limited (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries collectively “Goldin Group” or “the Group’), have become aware of a website https://www.empathyhk.org/ (the “Unrelated Website”) claiming an organisation named Empathy Hong Kong (or Empathy-HK) was founded by Goldin Group Chairman Mr. Pan Sutong.
The Group is deeply concerned about the Unrelated Website, and hereby solemnly declares that the Group and Mr. Pan have no connection whatsoever with the operations and activities taken or to be taken by any person or entity referred to or in connection with the Unrelated Website or Empathy Hong Kong. The Group and Mr. Pan expressly disclaim any liability whatsoever for any loss howsoever arising from or in reliance upon the whole or any part of the contents of the Unrelated Website.
The Group and Mr. Pan hereby reserve all rights to pursue legal action against any party for infringement of the Group’s and Mr. Pan’s legal rights.
