OFFICE ASSISTANT 辦公室助理 /
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for outdoor assignments such as cheques bank-in, mailing, document collection and delivery, etc
- Responsible for general tea service in office; maintain conference rooms and pantry cleanliness and tidiness
- Support daily operations of reception desk
- Assist in office administrative duties and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Form 3 or above
- At least 3 years of solid experience in office administration
- Good command of Chinese and Cantonese; basic conversation in English and Mandarin is preferred
- Pleasant personality, reliable, hardworking, responsible, detail-minded and punctual
- 5.5 days per week; bank holidays

負責外勤工作,如銀行入票、郵寄、送遞文件及物資購買等
支援接待處日常工作
協助執行辦公室行政工作及其他指派的職務
職位要求:
三年相關工作經驗
中三或以上程度
操良好粵語及能讀寫中文、懂簡單英語及普通話者優先
誠實,可靠,勤奮,有責任心,做事細心及主動,能按時及準確地完成工作
每週工作5天半
